Phantello Shipping Policy

Shipping destination and cost
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Seasonal demand, address issues, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Delays
If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will send a delay notice with a revised shipping date and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full and prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. Items may arrive in separate packages if an order is fulfilled from more than one location.

Shipping address
Please provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, we will contact you before any reshipment and disclose any additional shipping charge permitted by law.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
